On July 1, 2024, Student Financial Services transitioned to Workday Student Financials. Fall 2024 tuition and fees have been billed as of July 2nd. You can find answers to frequently asked Workday questions here.

Logging in to Workday: When your student adds you as a Third Party User, you will immediately receive two emails from wfu@myworkday.com, labeled “WFU Workday Notification”. To reset passwords, visit Ask Deac and submit a ticket. For best results, please use Google Chrome as the preferred browser.

The Student Financial Services office manages all Wake Forest student accounts, including tuition, housing, and other University-related fees. You and your parents can count on exceptional customer service from us, including high-quality financial support services and timely, accurate account information.

You have made an important decision to invest in your future, and we are dedicated to helping you successfully manage that investment during your time at Wake Forest. If you should ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

Students: Remember you are responsible for your account, even if someone else pays your bills. If someone else pays your bills, or needs access to view your account details, set them up with Third-Party Access in Workday.

Third Party Users: Friends and Family set up with Third-Party Access and granted the appropriate permissions will receive monthly notices when there are charges to review on the student account. All other communications from SFS are sent to either the student’s WFU email account or as a Workday notification to the student only. Please encourage your student to forward any important financial communications to you when received.
