Please note the following adjustments to the payroll schedule due to the upcoming Winter Break Holiday Monday, Dec 22 – Friday, Jan 2.

Important: Hours that have not been approved when processing begins will not be paid until the next pay cycle. To ensure that all non-exempt and student employees receive timely and accurate paychecks on Friday, Dec. 19, all time sheets must be entered and approved prior to processing.

Friday, Dec. 12: Non-exempt staff and student employees must estimate their hours for Saturday, Dec. 13 through Friday, Dec. 19 by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12.

Monday, Dec. 15: Managers must approve those hours by Noon on Monday, Dec. 15. Processing of the 12/06/25 – 12/19/25 biweekly payroll begins at noon.

Friday, Dec. 19: Paycheck for the 12/06/25 – 12/19/25 biweekly pay period distributed.
