Adjusted Payroll Processing Schedule for Thanksgiving Holiday

Please note the following adjustments to the payroll schedule due to the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday (Thursday, Nov. 27 through Friday, Nov. 28).

Important: Hours that have not been approved when processing begins will not be paid until the next pay cycle. To ensure that all non-exempt and student employees receive a timely and accurate paycheck on Wednesday, Nov. 26, all time sheets must be entered and approved prior to processing.

Thursday, Nov 20: Non-exempt staff and student employees must estimate their hours for Thursday, Nov. 20 through Friday, Nov. 21 by Noon on Thursday, Nov 20. Managers must approve these hours by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20.

Friday, Nov. 21: Processing of the 11/08/25 – 11/21/25 biweekly payroll begins at 8:30 a.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 26: Paycheck for the 11/08/25 – 11/21/25 biweekly pay period distributed.
