Graylyn International Conference Center
Owned and operated by the University, Graylyn offers 86 guest rooms and 27 meeting rooms. It is
conveniently located adjacent to campus at 1900 Reynolda Road. Wake Forest faculty and staff are
eligible for a discounted rate
Room Rates for Wake Forest University business use and WFU faculty and staff personal use:

$20.00 each additional guest
plus $15.00 per night Estate Fee per room*
*in keeping with our residential estate ambiance, we have created a non-tipping environment by
implementing this daily fee (per room) which includes:
- breakfast for each guest
- wireless internet access
- daily newspaper in the lobby
- fitness center access
- valet parking
- all local calls included
- housekeeping services
- no occupancy taxes are applied
